Tune in to your voice, your truth, yourself.

I help people across the lifespan reconnect with their voices and rediscover joy, identity, and emotional freedom through music, creativity, and compassionate connection.

Something feels out of tune.

You wake up and go through the motions, but something feels… off. Disconnected. Like somewhere along the way, you lost your voice—or maybe never quite found it.

You try your hardest, but it never feels like enough. You feel unseen, misunderstood, stuck. Maybe you’re raising a child who’s sensitive or struggling and you wish you knew how to help them thrive. Maybe your teen has pulled away and you’re not sure how to reach them. Maybe you have been quietly unraveling under the pressure to hold it all together.

At the end of the day, your thoughts are racing, you’re exhausted, and you ask yourself, “Do I really have to do that all again tomorrow?”

Electric Guitar

You are not alone.

Together, we can tune into your voice, your rhythm, your inner harmony—whether that means helping you reconnect with your creative self, supporting your child’s emotional growth, or giving your teenager a safe space to express what’s hard to say.

Your child can sing, move, and feel safe being themselves.

Your teen can explore identity, creativity, and emotions without judgment.

You can rediscover joy in your voice - literally and metaphorically - and finally feel heard.

Music is more than sound - it’s connection, expression, healing.

We’ll listen for what’s underneath the noise, and help you hear the music again.

Hi I'm Lyzz.

Board-Certified Music Therapist &
Founder of Tune In Music Therapy

I’m so glad you’re here.

I was the kid who had to grow up too fast. The teen who shut everyone out. The adult who lost her voice under the weight of “being enough.”

It was music and safe, supportive spaces that brought me back to myself. Now I help others do the same.
