Voice & Identity Reclamation
Helping adults reconnect with their voice after trauma, burnout, or self-loss
Many of us lose our voices—through relationships, systems, silence, or self-protection. Reclaiming it can be slow, sacred work. In this space, you’ll reconnect with parts of yourself you thought were gone.
You don’t have to be a musician. Your voice may be literal, creative, relational, or emotional.
