Individual Music Therapy

One on one support for all of life's disonnance

Express. Regulate. Reconnect.

Music therapy sessions are a space to explore emotions, build insight, and support healing through sound, rhythm, and creative connection.

Whether your child is struggling with emotion regulation, you're a teenager or young adult navigating identity, or an adult feeling stuck or disconnected, music therapy can offer a new way in.

Who I work with

I offer individual music therapy for:

  • Children (3-12) navigating big feelings, learning to self-regulate, and building social skills

  • Teens & young adults living with anxiety, working on self-esteem, and exploring gender and identity

  • Adults looking to reclaim their voices, express themselves creatively, and heal from trauma

Music therapy may be a good fit if you or your child:

  • Feel overwhelmed or shut down by traditional talk therapy

  • Struggle to express emotions clearly

  • Want to feel more connected to yourself, your creativity, or your body

  • Already use music as a form of coping and want support using it more intentionally

What to expect

No musical skill is required. Sessions are individualized and may include:

  • Singing or vocalizing

  • Songwriting or lyric exploration

  • Playing simple instruments

  • Creative movement or musical games

  • Music and imagery

  • Silence, rest, and reflection

We’ll move at your pace. Some sessions are quiet and reflective. Others are expressive and energetic. We’ll find your rhythm together.
