Coaching
"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." - Helen Keller

Reconnect to your voice. Reclaim your creative self.
There are seasons when your creativity feels blocked, distant, or even painful. Maybe you’re stuck in perfectionism. Maybe you’ve burned out from overproducing. Maybe the art you once loved doesn’t feel like yours anymore.
Whether you’re a musician, writer, teacher, or someone who just longs to feel expressive again - you deserve to feel creative on your own terms.
My coaching is designed for people who are ready to explore, reconnect, and reimagine their relationship to their voice, creativity, and self-expression.
What is Creative + Therapeutic Coaching?
It’s a space where emotional insight meets creative freedom.

Unlike traditional therapy, coaching isn’t about diagnosis or treatment. It’s about movement, curiosity, and possibility. Together, we explore what’s keeping you stuck - and build rituals, mindsets, and practices that help you move forward with authenticity and joy.
Our work may include:
-
Navigating creative blocks and burnout
-
Rebuilding confidence and connection to your voice (literal or metaphorical)
-
Creating sustainable, meaningful routines for making art
-
Unpacking perfectionism, comparison, or trauma tied to performance
-
Rediscovering what creativity means to you

While coaching is typically future-focused, therapeutic coaching also makes space for the past - without pathologizing it. We may explore your history, not to diagnose it, but to understand how it shapes your present and to move you toward the creative future you desire.
You don’t have to be a professional artist to benefit. You just have to be someone who wants to feel more connected - to yourself, to your voice, to your expression.

Why I do this work
I know what it’s like to lose your voice—both emotionally and creatively.
After surviving trauma, I slowly began reconnecting to myself through songwriting. But when I entered music school, I lost my spark again—this time not from silence, but from pressure, perfectionism, and disconnection. I realized I didn’t want to create art to perform—I wanted to create it to feel alive.
Now, I help others come home to their creativity after burnout, trauma, or disconnection. Whether that looks like singing again, writing for joy, or simply trusting yourself to show up, I’m here to walk that journey with you.

You’re seeking identity-based support outside a clinical setting
-
You want support around transitions, purpose, or creative direction
-
You’re craving structure, support, and insight—but not necessarily therapy
-
